RCS, SMS, and Text Messaging Terms of Service

These RCS, SMS, and Text Messaging Terms of Service ("Messaging Terms") apply to mobile messages sent by or on behalf of Jules Estate Buyers, Inc. ("Jules," "we," "us," or "our") through SMS, MMS, RCS, or similar mobile messaging services.
By opting in to receive mobile messages from Jules, you agree to these Messaging Terms.
1. Program Name
The messaging program is operated by Jules Estate Buyers, Inc.
2. Program Description
Jules may send mobile messages related to our estate buying services, including:
· Appointment confirmations and reminders
· Event information and event reminders
· Service updates

· Follow-ups about items you have asked us to evaluate, review, or purchase
· Information about Jules buying events, services, and opportunities to sell items
· Promotional or marketing messages about Jules events or services
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from Jules.
3. Opt-In Consent
You may opt in to receive messages from Jules by providing your mobile number through one of our websites, forms, advertisements, appointment scheduling tools, event intake processes, customer communications, or other Jules-approved channels.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of that mobile number and that you consent to receive messages from Jules at that number.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Jules, scheduled appointments, events in your area, customer service activity, and your communication preferences.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your mobile plan. Jules is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving Jules mobile messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

8. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Mobile messages may not be available on all carriers, devices, or messaging applications. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and/or messaging provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Jules and its service providers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, blocked, or misdirected messages.
9. Number Changes and Deactivation
If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to opt out of Jules messages before changing or discontinuing use of that number or to notify Jules so we can update our records.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell mobile opt-in information, messaging consent records, or phone numbers to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
11. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use Jules messaging services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to interfere with or misuse our messaging services, systems, or communications.
