Terms of Service
Jules Estate Buyers, Inc.
Effective Date: June 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, communications, appointment scheduling, item evaluation process, messaging programs, and other services offered by Jules Estate Buyers, Inc. (“Jules,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, contacting us, scheduling an appointment, attending an event, submitting information, offering items for evaluation or sale, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Jules
Jules Estate Buyers, Inc. buys jewelry, watches, coins, precious metals, silver, diamonds, collectibles, estate items, and other personal property from eligible sellers. We may operate through appointments, events, in-person evaluations, website inquiries, phone communications, email, SMS, MMS, RCS, and other communication channels.
2. No Guarantee of Evaluation, Offer, or Purchase
Submitting information, scheduling an appointment, attending an event, or presenting an item for review does not guarantee that Jules will evaluate, make an offer on, or purchase any item.
Jules may decline to evaluate or purchase any item for any reason, including concerns about identity, age, ownership, legal authority, authenticity, condition, marketability, compliance, safety, or business judgment.
3. Seller Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to sell items to Jules.
By presenting any item for evaluation or sale, you represent and warrant that:
• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are the lawful owner of the item or are legally authorized to sell it;
• the item is not stolen;
• the item is not pledged, financed, subject to a lien, or otherwise restricted from sale;
• you have the legal right and capacity to sell the item;
• all information you provide to Jules is accurate and complete; and
• completing the transaction does not violate any law, agreement, court order, trust, estate restriction, probate restriction, or third-party right.
4. Identification and Verification
Jules is required to verify seller age and identity before completing purchases. Jules may require valid government-issued photo identification and may collect, record, copy, or retain information from that identification as required or permitted by law.
Jules may also request additional information or documentation to verify identity, ownership, authority to sell, transaction details, or legal compliance.
Jules may refuse or cancel any transaction if we cannot verify age, identity, ownership, authority to sell, authenticity, or compliance with applicable law.
5. Item Information, Appraisals, and Evaluations
Any evaluation, estimate, discussion, testing, sorting, weighing, or price indication provided by Jules is based on information available at the time and may depend on factors such as metal content, weight, condition, authenticity, stones, brand, market demand, resale value, current commodity markets, and other business considerations.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Jules does not provide certified appraisals, insurance appraisals, estate-tax appraisals, legal opinions, investment advice, or financial advice.
Any offer made by Jules is an offer to purchase and may be accepted or rejected by the seller. Offers may change based on further inspection, testing, market movement, or updated information.
6. Transactions and Payments
If you accept an offer from Jules, you agree to sell the item according to the transaction terms presented at the time of sale. Payment method, timing, and documentation may vary based on transaction type, location, compliance requirements, and business procedures.
Jules may reverse, void, or refuse a transaction where permitted by law if there is suspected fraud, theft, misrepresentation, mistake, lack of authority, legal restriction, payment issue, or other compliance concern.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• provide false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information;
